Support

We’re here to help with account issues, technical support, and general questions. Below are the most common answers.

Contact Us

For account issues, technical support, or general inquiries, contact FOMO NOMO LLC at support@fomonomoapp.com.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.

Event Host & Post Controls

On each post you've made, you have the ability to edit or delete it located in the three-dots menu next to the post. Manage who's going to your event through the 'See Attendees' option, blocking or removing individuals from the list.
Blocked individuals will be unable to rejoin your events, while removing simply takes them off the list.

Reporting Content

If you see a post that violates our Community Guidelines, tap the three-dots menu next to the post, then choose Report or Block.

Our moderation team reviews flagged content and takes appropriate action.

Why Was My Post Removed?

Posts are removed when they violate our Community Guidelines or fall outside the true spirit of FOMO NOMO: highlighting what’s happening next on or near campus. To keep the feed useful for real meetups and prevent it from becoming a wall of spam, we do not allow commercial self-promotion, business ads, or academic solicitations (like "do my homework" services, essay writing, or scam tutors). If it isn't an authentic, upcoming local event or gathering, it will be removed.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time. For instant deletion, open the app, navigate to your You page, tap Settings, and select Delete Account. Or you can email us at support@fomonomoapp.com from the address associated with your account, and we will process the request for you.
