By downloading, accessing, or using the mobile application provided by FOMO NOMO LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

FOMO NOMO helps users discover, share, and interact with localized events and user-generated content. The service includes public feeds, commenting, and event promotion tools.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Account Creation: Keep your account credentials confidential and remain responsible for activity under your account.
  • Free and Premium Tiers: Basic access is free. Organizer Pro includes extended 14-day posting, boosted priority, and a custom badge.
  • Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and managed through app store settings.

4. User-Generated Content and Conduct

  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post.
  • Acceptable Use: Do not post illegal, abusive, harassing, or guideline-violating content.
  • Moderation: We may remove violating content or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Real-World Meetups and Assumption of Risk

FOMO NOMO only provides the digital infrastructure for event discovery. We do not organize, host, or endorse real-world events posted by users, and you assume the risks associated with meeting people in person.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOMO NOMO LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and legal actions arising under them will be brought in Florida courts.

8. Changes to Terms and Contact Information
